Microsoft included a new email merge facility in the 2007 and 2010 versions of Word. It allows basic personlised emails to be created and despatched. I hasten to add that this has its limitations compared with professional email marketing services…

Microsoft included a new email merge facility in the 2007 and 2010 versions of Word. It allows basic personlised emails to be created and despatched. I hasten to add that this has its limitations compared with professional email marketing services like Constant Contact, Vertical response and others, but it is a big step up from doing blanket emails in Outlook.
